The Delegation/Staking link in the header opens a tao staking/validation calculator:

This example shows that for every 1 tao a validator holds (worth $454.21) will get a daily return of $0.24 and an annual return of $89.01.

The values for Stakers will be 18% lower to account for the 18% validator commission.
